My Approach

I offer a structured yet flexible therapeutic approach, drawing on CBT and integrative arts-based techniques. This allows us to work in a way that is both evidence-informed and responsive to your individual needs—whether through dialogue, metaphor, or image-making.

 

My practice is client-led, goal-focused, and grounded in compassion.  I will regularly ask for your feedback to ensure that we are on track and working at a pace that feels right for you.  

Therapy is a space to reflect, gain insight, and develop practical tools for managing life’s challenges. Therapy is, at times, a difficult process and I aim to provide a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment where you feel heard and supported.

My hope is that, through our work, you will feel more empowered, emotionally resilient, and equipped to navigate future challenges with confidence.
